Oh my goodness – are these girls not the most gorgeous set of sisters you’ve seen?! I really enjoyed getting to know this family so much during a Newborn Complete Session! They drove almost an hour to come to the studio and the baby took a while to fall asleep (totally content but wanted to have a staring contest with me, ha!) but once she did (they always do…), she did great! Big sister also did AMAZING, especially considering her age (3)! After quite a few requests for earth tones, it was really fun to get to design with soft pinks and creams for their set-ups – so classy and girly! Since this little one is a fall baby we did a really sweet pumpkin set, too. Congratulations again to this family of four!!

More and more parents have been requesting fun color palettes lately that aren’t necessarily the usual, and I’m loving it! Baby Rae’s parents are very into the outdoors (lake life, hiking, etc) and requested blues, greens, and natural elements for her newborn photos! This Newborn Complete session turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly what they were looking for!

Are you team earth tones (greens, blues, rust, etc), or team traditional (pink, purple for girls and blue for boys)? Either way, together we can work to create the look you’d like for your photos. This little boy came out with a head full of hair which is always so fun to see! That was quite different from his older brother and sister, who I have also had the pleasure of photographing as babies! This past month has been jam-packed full of newborn sessions! Ever since we’ve moved to Brookfield (about a year and a half ago), business inquiries haven’t skipped a beat. Thank you for all the support! It really is such a privilege to get to capture the sweetest of moments for you all. As a mom of two, myself, I sometimes find it hard to keep up with the blogging and social medias aspects of the business, but I always focus on and strive to create the warmest experience for my clients from the beginning inquiry, to the actual session and photo editing afterwards, and then to the final product (delivering their gallery). Everything else comes last, and I’m okay with that, because each client deserves the fullest attention and will receive that if booking a session with me!

This beautiful girl here was a breeze to work with! Not only is she truly a beauty, but she slept like a champ and flashed us smiles, all during her Newborn Mini! It was so fun to get to meet her, after having photographed her big brother a couple years ago.
